Marg Duffy  
Marg Duffy In 2000 Marg Duffy joined a colleague to form Main Street Management. Over the past several years she has assumed sole ownership, and now manages a growing team of professional consultants who provide practical Human Resources services to regional clients.

Marg has over 25 years in Business Management and Human Resources experience to offer small to mid-sized clients. As an entrepreneur herself, Marg can relate to the satisfaction and challenges of owning your own business. She draws from her extensive training and comprehension of Human Resources to develop cost effective, long-term results for clients.

Marg has notable successes in the areas of implementing performance-based pay systems, performance management systems, and in dealing with conflict resolution, harassment investigations, and customized training sessions.

Marg is a proud member of the London and area business community. She has assisted in the expansion of networking for the HR community in this region by co-founding the Strathroy Human Resources Group. Marg is also a member of the Directors Club of London and represents Main Street Management at both the London and Strathroy Chambers of Commerce.

Patti Stacey
Patti Stacey
Patti joined Main Street Management as a consultant in 2001. She excels at combining her 12 years of Human Resources experience with a successful background in sales and administration. In doing so, she creates positive results for clients.

Before joining the company, Patti worked in Human Resources at a local mid-sized service company and has proven proficiency in the areas of: Health and Safety, recruitment, payroll administration, policy and procedure development, and training. She has recently completed Occupational Health and Safety Certification. Patti's attention to detail has provided significant savings to clients, and lost time reductions. Her successful experiences with Workwell Audits, and Early and Safe Return to Work Programs are invaluable to our team and our clients.

Patti is on the Board of Directors for Middlesex Community Living, and is a member of the Strathroy Human Resources Group.

Harold Sahadeo  
Harold Sahadeo
Harold has been with Main Street Management since the fall of 2003. His combined 35 years of experience with the Human Rights Commission and the Ministry of Labour enables him to provide our clients with valuable guidance through many complex legal processes.

Harold has successfully served our customers in the areas of: Employment Standards and Employment Law, Human Rights, Terminations, Labour Relations, and Labour Negotiations.

Sue Vail-Skufca  
Sue Vail-Skufea
Sue became a Main Street Management consultant in 2003 with a focus on policy development, recruitment, WSIB claims management and group benefits. She has been working in the field of Human Resources since 1991, and also has over 10 years of experience in a unionized manufacturing environment. With formal training in HR Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and Group Benefits Administration, Sue has accomplished affirmative results for our clients. She is a demonstrated policy maker, and has helped streamline the management processes of several local small and mid sized businesses to their advantage.

Sandra Cure  
Sandra Cure
As the newest addition to the Main Street Management team, Sandra brings a wealth of superior Human Resource Management experience in automotive, manufacturing and related sectors. Sandra has worked as both a Human Resources Manager and as a corporate recruiter for 17 years. A native of Vancouver, Sandra’s background includes a specialty in new plant start-ups, including Recruitment, Policy Development, Training, Health & Safety and Employee Relations.

Michelle Rawson  
Michelle Rawson
Michelle joined the Main Street Management team in the fall of 2006 and immediately shouldered the task of developing policy manuals for various clients. Michelle has over ten years experience in Human Resources and Business Management with a focus on change management, project management, business/process integrations and corporate training. Her history of success includes leading large corporations through complex restructuring and disaster recovery projects. Michelle's experience in the fields of banking and technology adds yet another facet to the broad spectrum of skill offered by Main Street Management.

Ann Cormier  
Ann Cormier
Ann has been providing accounting assistance to Main Street Management since 2003. She is a Certified General Accountant and operates her own small business, offering accounting services to several small and medium size businesses in the London area. Ann provides Main Street Management with the benefit of her twenty years of experience, which combines timely management support with consistent quality and expertise.

Brenda Birch-Zuyderhoff  
Brenda Birch-Zuyderhoff
Brenda joined the Main Street Management team in September of 2006 to provide Administrative Assistant support for Marg Duffy on a part-time basis. She is often the first point-of-contact for our clients and serves as an effective communication and organization hub for the organization.
